From 2007 to the present day

2007

• Investment in Backring Nordwest GmbH & Co. KG
• Acquisition of Futterhaus Berlin GmbH & Co. KG

2008

• Formation of the new Export Wholesale department for handling foreign business
• Opening of the new Kiel-Wik famila store with an energy concept unique in Germany
• Commencement of supplying our new wholesale customer KONSUM Dresden eG

Umweltschutz

2009

Establishment of the S. J. Montigny vineyard with locations in Bretzenheim an der Nahe in Hesse and in Grebin in Schleswig-Holstein). First vines planted at the Hof Altmühlen vineyard near Grebin.

2010

• Dissolution of BBB & R GmbH, establishment of PHD – Privates Handelshaus Deutschland
• Opening of the Nah&Frisch Markt Blanck in Lamstedt – the first supermarket under the new
  “Nah&Frisch” (close & fresh) concept
• Start of the expansion of the Bela fresh produce centre in Gleschendorf from 6,500 sq m to
  15,000 sq m
• 13 wines from the S. J. Montigny vineyard in Hesse receive award from the Rhineland-
  Palatinate Chamber of Agriculture
